You'll probably get bored of the game pretty fast, but it might teach you some graphical techniques. I'll try to come up with a new and even better version as soon as possible. This is my best work yet, i have been working on this for about 3 months now, and its still beta 1. This browser has an MP3 player, an HTML editor, and the browser (duh) all in one. This is only Beta 1, so its not finished yet. I have been working very long and hard, and i think it is pretty good. The download is 680 kb, but its worth the download. Oh and by the way, i am going to release this program on my website where people can download it and use it, but it will be complete, so dont think about taking this and putting your name on it. I will get PO'd. I will only release beta 1 and beta 2 on this site, as i do not want the release version to be stolen. I have not gotten to beta 2 yet, but it will come out soon. Cool Clock is the first ever skinnable substitution for your old System Tray clock! You can use a *GRAPHICAL* skin, or set the background color, text color and font name/size for a text-based (yet cool if you use the right font) skin! This is based on the System Tray Status Bar code sample (if you know the name of the person that did this, posted a few days ago, please leave a comment here!), but I did the text/image skins system and all the rest (including the default - and only :( - skin included). If you want it to appear every time you log on to Windows, make a shortcut for it in your "Start\Programs\Startup" folder. It's also a must to include with every desktop theme you make (I don't mind as long as my name remains there), to customize Windows even more and impress the users! And if you have any more skins you make, please send them to me and they'll be posted here along with your name ;)

WindBlows is a fast alternative to the common explorer.exe. It can run shortcuts from the desktop, connect to the internet and give you access to all your folders and shortcuts from the "Programs" directory in your start menu. It is complete and could replace explorer.exe. If you want it to be your windows shell, just type "install" in the WindBlows prompt to get more information. (This is only an early version, you can expect a more complete version soon)

Heres a good example of using a winsock control to access a ADO database over a network/dialup connection. You will be able to access the database fully, with Add/Delete, Read/Write access. Also i have inbedded authentication against the database via the winsock control. This program is simply for basic job tracking, from inhouse, and for remote access areas. Bascially how this works, It sends the server a few commands/strings, and the server generates the sql statement and sends back the results, to the client winsock application, it then recieves the information and displays it out into a listview control with columns. --------------------------------If you like the code please vote!
