IRC Service

A great IRC Service made in Visual Basic! It is too complecated so please take it easy... It has Clone Checking, User Modes are supported, Channels are Supported and many other features! Please check it, it worth, it took me too long to finish it. Try not to abuse it because it may harm your IRC Server which is linked on it.
