This program shows how to manipulate Windows registry using VB.NET.This application has features such as : 1.Directly opening a command prompt from the folders context menu 2.Disabling popup ballons,etc. I primarly tested on Win XP and I am sure that it works on any Win platform that supports .NET framework 1.1.
